RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The undersigned is a participant in the 2026 Galveston Mardi Gras parades. In consideration of participating in such parade, the undersigned hereby agrees to assume all responsibility and liability for any and all damage, personal injury, or other loss of any nature and further releases and agrees to hold harmless Yaga's Entertainment, ArtX NonProfits and their agents, partners and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, damages, and causes of action of any nature related to said parade. By accepting the bead and gas monies package from Yaga Entertainment I agree that I will complete the 3pm Galveston Mardi Gras Parade on February 7, 2026 and behave in a manner consistent with the rules and behavior expected of a guest to the City of Galveston.

The undersigned hereby acknowledges and certifies that he/she/they has/have read the Official Parade Rules and Information Form, this Release of Liability, fully understands them, and by signing below agrees to all terms and conditions included therein.
