Ever wonder where folks get those oddball bicycles? They make them! And now you, too, can make one of your own!
Join Natali Leduc, international bicycle artist, during Spring Break to build the Churnatron 1400 - an ice cream making double bicycle or create your own bike to match the theme. You'll have access to tools, expert advice and artistic coaching, and will learn a few new skills including welding. Then roll in the Art Car Parade alongside the Churnatron 1400 with your wheeled creation!
We will provide bicycles and parts to get you started. Already have a bicycle and your additional parts? Bring them with you and you'll go home with an entirely new bike!
Limited to 8 students, 14-18 yrs. This 15 hour, 5 session workshop is $150. ArtX Members discounted fee is $112.50. FREE to area students, scholarships and family pricing available. Under 14 or over 18? Check out the Youth Build and Adult Participation workshops.

Take a peek behind the scenes of the GlowOrama! Experience your favorite Glow performances up close - fire dancers, illuminated Art Cars, flaming sculptures, hoopers, light spinners, muscle dancers! Then join in the FlowArts workshops and step onto the stage to BE the performer! Meet the Art Car and Bicycle Artists and learn how they create their magnificent machines. Then sign up for an ArtBike workshop so you TOO can be an Artist!
Donate $20 or more and join us for a private Supporter Celebration afterward! (21 & up, please.)

Learn how to cut metal using an acetylene torch. Then design and cut your design into a metal barrel to create a burn barrel that you can take home with you. This session is limited to WWW and ArtX Members and includes the cost of the barrel.
