Flow Arts - Learn to Spin Poi!

Discover your inner creativity by learning the rewarding movement-based art form of Flow and Spinning Arts. This is fun for all ages so bring the family! You'll learn skill-building exercises and practice those exercises under the guidance of professional Flow Artists.When you become proficient in the movements that bring you into a continual mind-state of “flow”, the mental state when you are fully immersed in a feeling of energized, creative focus.  Once you've mastered the movements, you can spin anything -- even rubber chickens!

As a graduation gift you will be invited to demonstrate your new skill at the GlowOrama on November 7, 2015.   So mark your calendars now and learn to spin with the Pros!
