Discover your inner creativity by learning the rewarding movement-based art form of Flow and Spinning Arts. This is fun for all ages so bring the family! Learn skill-building exercises and practice those exercises under the guidance of professional Flow Artists. Then join the professionals and demonstrate your new skill at the FlowJam in the evening!

Advance the skills you've learned in basic poi by experiencing additional tools - including illumination. Depending upon the skill levels and interests your instructor may delve into the safety and issues with fire manipulation.
Prerequisite: basic proficiency with one or more Flow Arts tools. You will have the option of joining the professionals at the November GlowOrama to demonstrate your new skills!
$20/session ($15 for ArtX or HMS members). Student to provide their own tools which can also be purchased from instructor prior to class. GlowOrama participation, FREE!
